Method:
1. Mix 1 Bottle of Le Moné with .5 cup St. Germain and freeze in an ice tray.
2. Make .25 cup simple syrup and infuse with lemon and lime peel while it cools.
3. When the citrus-infused simple syrup is cooled and the Le Moné and St. Germain mixture is nearly frozen, add to a blender with ice and juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime.
4. Blend and return to freezer until frozen
5. Serve with lemon or lime zest
