FAQ & SHIPPING INFORMAtION
SHOP LE MONÉ NOWLe Moné is made in the Finger Lakes region of New York at a family-owned winery overlooking Keuka Lake. The picturesque winery also has an organic farm on the property that provides fresh, organic produce to the area. We’ve had a strong relationship with the winery for years, so they were a natural fit when we set out to create Le Moné.
Farm wine is a special designation from New York state for wines that are made predominantly with New York ingredients - a seal of approval for those who support local agriculture, rather than buy cheap bulk grapes. Yes, we do use some ingredients that come from other places — New York lemons and agave wouldn’t be great would they? — but we proudly support local growers from our home state.
Le Moné has a special designation as an Apéritif Wine — a fortified wine with botanicals. Apéritif’s are a traditional low alcohol spirit steeped in European tradition, often served before a meal. Our aperitif is a wholly unique and contemporary take on the traditional Apéritif that takes it beyond the first glass of the night — the apéritif for always.
“So refreshing” “This captures the true essence of fresh squeezed lemons” “There lemonade and then there’s Le Moné” “What’s the best lemonade you’ve ever had? This is it.” - a group of really amazing, smart people with fantastic palates. Le Moné is carefully balanced to bring bright, vibrant acidity, the Meyer lemon's perfume-y aromatics, and agave together in perfect harmony.
Meyer Lemons are hybrids of a mandarin orange and lemon. They look distinct from the lemons we’re used to seeing, with a rounder appearance and deeper yellow-orange peel. Meyer lemons are sweeter and less acidic than your typical lemon, and known for their perfume-y fragrance. We think they’re the perfect lemon for a refreshing summer drink.
Le Moné uses agave as a sweetener. Agave is sweeter than sugar, which allows us to use considerably less, keeping the calories and sugar low, while achieving the perfect balance between sweet and tart lemon acidity. Le Moné is made from fortified wine — not agave or tequila.
If you’re new to Le Moné, we recommend first giving it a try simply over ice, but where it really shines is in a spritz. Try the Le Moné Spritz: Equal parts Le Moné and Prosecco over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and green grape.
Prior to opening keep Le Moné out of extreme temperatures - hot or cold. Once opened, don't be afraid to show it off on your bar, but refrigeration will keep it freshest if you plan to enjoy it over several weeks rather than days..
Le Moné contains 29.5 calories per oz. Our recommended serving size for most Le Moné cocktails is a 2.5-3oz pour, resulting in a 70-90 calorie beverage that’s offers complexity without being over indulgent.

A standard bottle of Le Moné is 750ml, which equates to just over eight (8) 3oz servings per bottle or ten (10) 2.5oz servings. Dealer's choice.
A serving of Le Moné can vary based on how you choose to drink it. If you’re drinking it neat, we recommend a standard cocktail serving of 2.5-3oz, but check out our recipes for more serving suggestions.
